PS3 vs PS4 The Last of Us Remastered video

The word ‘Remastered’ is all the craze in this generation. It’s the IN word that replaced HD from the last generation. Basically, for those new to Remastered games, it’s games from the previous generation (PS3 and Xbox 360) that’s been upscaled and improved in terms of textures and the like for current generation systems (PS4 and Xbox One). In this case The Last of Us, which launched a year ago, has been improved for the PS4 and will be launching this week.

If you’ve played the game before and you’re not quite sure if the graphics have improved enough to warrant the purchase this video might just help your decision.

One thing that video details is just how much Naughty Dog pushed out of The Last of Us. It was a technical marvel when keeping the last generation specs in mind. Is the remastered version enough to have you fork out more money? Well, that’s up to you.
