You’ll see fewer Pidgey and Rattatas in Pokémon GO

Pokemon-GO-Update

Pokémon GO seems to be constantly changing lately, which I think is a good thing. The latest little change was announced via Niantic’s Twitter account, which said we won’t be seeing as many common Pokémon like Pidgey, Rattata and Zubat. They’ve also said you’ll no longer be able to hatch Pidgeys or Rattatas from eggs.

On my end of the world, I was overwhelmed by the amount of Rattatas, Weedles and Drowzee. Seriously, I thought I’d create this ultimate beast of Raticates, Beedrills and Hypnos. I never got that far, but they were pretty strong for common Pokémon. Niantic has also remedied the hatching rate of Eevee, making it easier for you to hatch the little sucker. Now you’ll only have to walk 5km.

On a side note, in just a few more weeks we’ll finally be able to play the new Pokémon Sun & Moon games. I can’t wait to give it most of my free time.
