The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ is only two months away

It was almost a year ago that The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ was announced and pegged with a 2016 release date. It looks tight, but it is possible we will still see the game this year. A new post at bindingofisaac.com says the new expansion should be out within the next 60 days.

AB+ will include new items, enemies, bosses, challenges, achievements and mod tools, giving you more deadly devil baby fun than you can handle. Creator Edmund McMillen says that AB+ will include popular and well made items from the mod scene as official inclusions. “This is a feature im really looking foward to, i feel like ive personally scraped the barrel when it comes to item design and feel quite depleted, but im positive that there are a ton of cool ideas out there that are so left field that they MUST be added to the main game.”

More Binding of Isaac? Personally I can’t even handle the base game, even though I thought its dark tone and left field would be a great match for me, I just couldn’t get a hang of the tear slinging mechanic for getting accurate bullet attacks on enemies.

If it has the letters RPG in it, I am there. Still battling with balancing trying to play every single game that grabs my interest, getting 100% in a JRPG, and devoting time to my second home in Azeroth.
