Voice Actor Tuesday: David Hoffman

Welcome back to another edition of Voice Actor Tuesday. This week we’re going to look at the actor/voice actor David Hoffman and his contributions to the word of video games. Before that, though, let’s take a quick glance at his previous work. According to IMDB, he has been acting since 2000, appearing in a variety of shorts between 2003 and 2007. From about 2010 onwards, he started making guest appearances in television series such as The Young and the Restless, New Girl, Franklin & Bash, Quick Draw and 2 Broke Girls.

It’s his contribution to video games, I think, that include some of his greatest work. His two main roles in video games include Central Officer Bradford in XCOM: Enemy Unknown and Johnny Powell in The Darkness II. He also provides voices for minor characters and additional¬†characters in other games, like Rise of the Tomb Raider, Mafia III, and Spec Ops: The Line.

I certainly hope he gets to voice more main characters more often as I think he did a great job voicing Central Officer Bradford in XCOM. Keep up the good work, David Hoffan.
