Free Games Vrydag Winner Snowboarded

It’s finally Vrydag everyone! We are inching ever so closer to that holiday and those sweet, sweet Christmas bonuses. Unless you’re a student, then I might ask if you’ve slept in the last 48 hours yet. December is in full swing now and most of us only have another week of productivity left to get through before becoming permanent fixtures on our couch.

This week was surprisingly busy over here at your resident SA Gamer. We had a blitzkrieg of reviews including the absolutely magical Final Fantasy XV (with video review) and the totally radical Steep (also with a video review). Abigail went into the plastic dream world of Skylanders: Imaginators,  Ashwar went into the dream world of tutu wearing zombie slayers in Dead Rising 4 and Dawid blasted us into the past with a Tekken 3 review.

I was a busy boy this week and asked you the Burning Question of whether or not you sacrificed responsibilities to play games (most of you do) and also presenting five games that PUMP YOU UP (YOU GOT TO PUMP IT UP). And finally, Charlie asked one of the most important questions of the year: how is that backlog looking? (It’s not looking good, man)

Now, for the pièce de résistance, the lovely winner of the Snow Simulator game, Steep. Who could it be? Well, it’s none other than the desirable:

Andre Els

Congratulations to Andre on winning this wonderful prize! We’ll be in contact with you on Monday afternoon at the latest to get some details. We hope you do some sick skeezing and smashing into oak trees.

Thanks for sticking with us through the holiday month of December, we really appreciate it. Gaming doesn’t rest for anyone so we’ll be around to give you your daily dose of games until we take some time off and become one with the couch ourselves. Be sure to still hit us up on the social medias, the comment sections and the forums. We’ll be around.

Thanks to Megarom and Ubisoft for sponsoring this week’s prize!

Free Games Vrydag returns next week! And trust me, you’re going to want to be around.  The competition will be Steep and you might have the Primal desire to Stab somebody, but this Division and Divide of Mankind isn’t going to make any Rainbows anytime soon. This prize is something out of your wildest Fantasy, but if you lose you might be forced to Watch some Dogs to cheer yourself up.

Just be here next week, our prizes will be bigger than the shame I feel for those puns.
