Fire Emblem Heroes’ first event as well as bonuses celebrating the release of the Switch
I know many of you will today be focused on other aspects of the Nintendo franchise namely Nintendo’s new console, the Switch, and of course the highly anticipated Breath of the Wild. For those however that are still playing Fire Emblem Heroes, get your votes in now for the game’s “first large-scale event” Princes vs. Princesses Voting Gauntlet. However, be aware that you’ll have to earn the right to vote by battling it out against other players…
According to an event notification found within the game, the event will have eight princes and princesses from across the series battling it out in a battle for popularity. The participants include Chrom, Lucina, Leo, Elise, Ephraim, Eirika, Alfonse and Sharena. The event will be live from the 7th of March and run up to the 13th of March.
The event is basically a type of tournament where each prince will go up against a princess in voting rounds lasting for 45 hours. The schedule for the rounds can be found below. The rules of the event, however, have players selecting an “army” to join, you’ll then have to battle it out with a three-man team against an opposing “army” (prince/princess) and if you win you’ll earn the right to vote. If your army perhaps loses in round 1 don’t worry as you’ll have a chance to join another army in the next round, so don’t give up. Remember the more you battle in this war, the higher reward you’ll earn at the end of it all. Players will be rewarded according to your rank within the armies, army victories as well as your total overall rank.
