Dark Sector - Suprisingly EXCELENT !!

So I got my Copy last friday, put it in last night... and ....
I am really really enjoying this game!

The Graphics are great 8.5/10
The game play is 9/10
The story so far 9/10
Fun 10/10
Multiplayer is 2/10 due to TERRIBLE lag even on a 4MB line ;(

There are so many different combination's and ways to kill enemies !


You start morphing into this creature that has this "boomerang"blade thing that is just so fun to kill enemies !

And i must say the suspense in the game is EXCELLENT too, its one of those games where the music and surroundings in the game are GREAT ! ( can only compare it to Resident Evil )

You will have enemies approaching you from behind and if you have the surround sound on ... you get that 'someone is following me feeling

Just had to get this out there and SERIOUSLY recommend it to all of you to try !

Yeah, not the greatest game in the world, but not too bad either.

I Also really enjoyed it - the gameplay was excellent along with the Blade Kill Cam when slicing heads open...

I do disagree though with your score on the story - the story was confusing and when you start the game you actually have no idea what is going on...
So story telling is a bit lacking in the game - but overall i still really enjoyed it just because it was really fun to play

Id give it a 6, looks ok but the story is bland, the stages are repetitive, the ammo is not enough, the weapons are too expensive, the Glave is not effective, the multiplayer is about as pointless as FEAR online......etc etc etc

Pitty about the story, i am only on chapter 4 ... and i find it decent !!
Stages are not repetitive yet !

I enjoy the technicality of the game, while wielding the blade through the air and trying to get that head shot at the same time, is tricky and just FUN !

The weapon upgrades and buying new weapons are expensive , BUT only if you dont find all the hidden coins and money and briefcases with FREE upgrades in them !

I enjoyed it too, but this is the only PS3 game so far that has given me motion sickness! Still finished it though so i must have really enjoyed it.

Cool game, it's like a Gears of War for the PS3. Although Gears is way better.
