Unless this game gets very good reviews I'm giving it a miss. I'd rather get Shift 2.

I never got the whole TDU thing. Drive around, maybe race, buy new jeans and furniture for you apartment :P

i'm getting it, loved the first one and from what i have seen about the 2nd i'm gonna get it 4 sho. RDR is fun, u also Ride a horse around shoot some people and so on, TDU ftw

So I checked out this game a bit more. There is definately potential for it to be totally awesome.

Biggest missing manufacturers: Porsche & Lamborghini
- I'm very glad they've got a solid range of RUF models to replace Porsche, but no Lambo does suck somewhat.

The thought of buying mansions and yachts and pimping them out is appealing. I'm a very casual gamer and maybe TDU2 will be more my thing than GT5 or Shift 2. Hell, having a RUF RT 12, Aston Martin DBS, Range Rover Sport, Koenigsegg CCXR, Veyron Super Sport etc. alone should be enough to get this game. I hated my Lambos in GT5 so much it put me off the brand, so maybe I won't care that they're not present in this one.

Hopefully the reviews will start appearing in time for me to get the pre-order discount.

I just hope they don't make it too difficult in this one. It was hard buying a fast car in the last one though that's probably the challenge and the fun of the game

I hope u can still rent cars, one thing that could be cool is if u can play ur local music in ur car

I'm keen on getting this as well. They have included a Hardcore mode, but a steering wheel would be recommended for that option.

Devs say it may take 100 hours to complete the game. You have 60 levels to achieve. Clubs is available again and also stickers and custom paints for your rides. Pity about no Honda, BMW, Porsche, Lexus, Mitsubishi and Lamborghini

Porsche is usually very picky about who they allow to License their cars in games. Maybe we'll see the others included when DLC gets released.
