I'd say, on average, I use 20-50GB a month but I have ventured over the 50GB mark once or twice

Oh my Star Trek Online needs a patch (once a week) 2 gig this week. It goes on... can never not be uncapped again!
When I was with Afrihost I couldn't get past about 15g's a months; since the move to Mweb, I use about 40g's.
MWeb has it's own server, you'll get close to full line speed, but the retention isn't as good as paid alternatives.
I do not mind R80 pm for full line speed 24x7 and 1000 days retention.

I managed to download over 50GB this month for sure... I downloaded 4 full games last weekend (+-45GB)
I've used 270GB this month. Usage would have been much higher if it wasn't a slow month for movies.
