I accidently voted for PS1 but my order of merit is as follows.
    1. PS2 (because its the PS2 end of story)
    2. PS1 and PS3 (I have the PS1 equal to the PS3 because who can forget debut games like FFVII, Tekken, Crash Bandicoot, Abe's Oddysee, Medievel and Tomb Raider.)

I still have all three of mine, and both the 1 and the 3 works, my ps2 had a run-in with some lightning.

I love my ps3, but the memories from playing ps1 will never be forgotten. I still remember staying up untill the early hours of the morning over a weekend trying to finish my games because at first I didn't have a memory card...man those were the days!!

You know, I don't mind people choosing to respond to polls from yesteryear, but is there a way to avoid that from showing up in the "New Posts" section? For goodness sake, there are so many of them popping up!

I really wish that I wouldn't have sold my PS1 and all its games back in the day for next to nothing to that evil store (cash crusaders). Still hurts me to this day but I needed the cash at that time

If you spent a lot of time on a nes or mega drive you simply have to go with the ps1, it was a massive leap in so many ways, so much innovation. MGS took gaming to a whole other level of immersion. The music alone is tremendous.

Playstation 3 was a truly special system for me since I played Resistance, Rainbow Six Vegas 1 & 2, Uncharted, Killzone and that failure of Playstation Home which all have a special place in my gaming heart.

I'm guessing you didn't play rpgs. For me the ps2 was my best simply because I got it for free through a creative writing competition rather buying it (couldnt afford it at the time) so I kinda felt like worked for it.

Edit: Sorry did not see how old this poll is. I shall beat myself later.

PS2 -- ICO and Shadow of the Colossus are still some of my fondest gaming memories.

(Being the only one that I actually owned may have swayed the vote slightly )
