While we all wait for the sequel to last year’s amazing reboot of Tomb Raider, we get to enjoy another game starring our favourite heroine. Miss Croft returns later this year in Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris, the sequel to the top-down, co-op action game Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light. Square Enix has just announced that the game will be released on December 9 for the PC, Xbox One and PS4. Keep in mind that release date is for the US version of the game, so it might only appear a few days later on South African stores.
In this game, Lara travels to Egypt to do some archaeology work, but quickly gets herself into some trouble with the Egyptian God, Set. She teams up with her rival archaeologist, Carter Bell, to save two other Egyptian Gods, Horus and Isis, who have been imprisoned by Set. If this is the first time you’ve heard about the game, check out the E3 reveal trailer below.
