Rainbow Six Siege has been a noteworthy success for Ubisoft. The multiplayer-only team shooter does have a good fanbase and the support they have given the title since its release has been adequate. The longevity of a multiplayer-only title always comes into question somewhere during its lifespan, but it seems Rainbow Six Siege’s time is yet to come. Ubisoft has confirmed that the game will receive more updates and expansions in the coming year.

The game will receive a new expansion very soon titled Operation Red Crow which is set to release on the 17th of November. It’s unclear what exactly future updates will bring to the game, but we are positive that Ubisoft will continue to support the game. It’s interesting to see how the multiplayer-only title is faring given how long it has been out, but Ubisoft’s decision to keep things rolling tells you that it is probably a good title for them. Are any of you still playing Rainbow Six Siege?
