Expect 2017 to be another big year for racing games. If the racing Gods allow it we’ll see Forza Motorsport, Gran Turismo, Need for Speed and Project CARS 2 dicing each other for your attention. Project CARS 2 is of course a sequel to the game that gave all other simulators a run for their money in 2015, and we now know when it will be launching.
Project CARS 2 will be launching on 22 September for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. It’s going to come with quite a big upgrade where you’ll be racing in events that stretch from endurance championships through to rallycross. What’s perhaps even better is that this time you’ll be able to mix up the classes in a championship, though each car class will be scored individually.
