Hello again you beautiful SA Gamers, it has been a while. Free Games Vrydag was so massive that we decided to make it a whole month affair and also in honour of E3 2017. We had a ton of games as well as the grand prize of a Nintendo Switch console so that you can play Mario Kart at a random dive bar in Brakpan. E3 was quite the trip and all of us loved it from the two handsome gentlemen that were at ground zero to us guys sitting comfortably at home and sipping cocktails while giving you the best coverage we can muster. Things have slowed down quite a lot since then and now we’re heading into the month of July which can be better described as the Game Desert.
Since we’re traditionalists, we’ll still provide you with the going-ons of this week over on our lovable site. However, be sure to check out all of our E3 2017 coverage. For reviews this week, Dawid blasted into the past and found a way in Jurassic Park as well as took a different and prettier blast into the past with the Crash Bandicoot N’ Sane Trilogy, Paul explored Totally Not Hyrule in Oceanhorn and I banged my head against Get Even. Garth got some validation when Bungie said that the story of Destiny was absent, I showed you 5 games that were not afraid to push the boundaries and our Burning Question for this week asked what game was the one that made you believe that gaming was for you.
Right, now it is time for the main event. All of the winners across all of the competitions. It’s a big list, so take a deep breath and cross all of your fingers.

And so concludes our massive giveaway. Like Christmas in June. It was a busy and exciting month and it’s only fitting that we close it off with a bang and a lot of happy people. There were so many entries for all of these competitions so don’t be too sad that Random.org didn’t pull your number this time. We’re still going to be giving away stuff well into the future, so you might just get lucky during another time. It’s now time for the Ghost Month of July with only a couple of big games releasing and all the hype and excitement surrounding E3 cooling off. We’re still going to be here delivering dynamite content and it’s also a good time for us all to catch up on all of our games that have accumulated over the past year. I know my backlog is staring at me every day.
Thank you all so much for all of your support. We know the salt might be there if you didn’t win anything, but know that we would give everyone Switches and mountains of games if we could because we love you all so much. Thank you for sticking with us and reading all of the madness that comes out of our keyboards. Now go forth and game, everyone.
Free Games Vrydag returns next week! It might seem like necromancy to return after so long, but Diablo himself would enter next week’s competition.
