Oh, what a beautiful Vrydag! We hope you beautiful people are having a smashing day and that you cannot wait to go home and play some lovely games. We’ll be right there with you and you can bet that our controllers and keyboards will see some action this weekend. We had a great week over here at SA Gamer and now you can even listen to our sexy sonorous voices. Yes, we have a podcast now! This week saw the debut of the SA Gamercast and we’ll be talking your ears off for quite a while to come so stay tuned! There is a lot of stuff happening in the SA Gamer office and we hope you will be along for the ride.
As usual, we have been busy this week, even if things are a little quieter at the moment. For reviews this week, Dawid shouted That’s You! and also took a blast to the past with Lara in Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation and Ash squared off with death in Death Squared. Dawid was pretty busy this week and told us about two games that almost ruined a genre for him and showed us 4 game franchises that completely and suddenly vanished. Our Burning Question for this week asked if you have ever used guides or walkthroughs.
And now, for our winner who will be returning to or finally exploring the world of Ivalice in Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age. Who may this lucky winner be? Well, none other than the wonderful:
Congratulations to Marius for winning this week’s wonderful prize! Have fun getting lost in this magical world for a few hundred hours. Also, no, he isn’t my cousin, but I’m glad to see the Swanepoel name represented a little more here on SA Gamer.
Thanks to Megarom for sponsoring this fantastical prize!
And there goes another week in July. Baby, it’s cold outside, but at least we have blankets and games. We’re starting to feel the July lul a little bit and news has been a little scarce, but everything is still trucking along and we still have a lot to talk about. Once again, tune into the podcast to hear us actually talk and also marvel at the pretty picture we made for it. Stay tuned for more awesome content and don’t forget to jump into the conversation. Talk to us about how you feel, we’re always around to listen. Live a little, you know.
