Call of Duty has always had some great collector’s editions. I still have my pair of night vision goggles from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 proudly on display. I was eagerly awaiting the announcement of the latest collector’s edition for Call of Duty: WW2 and it looks like Sledgehammer games have finally let the cat out the bag. There will be two different versions of the collector’s edition. One will be called the ‘Valor Collection Edition’ which comes with a bronze statue, a 24″ x 36″ Nazi Zombies poster, patches for each of the game’s Divisions, and a Blood Raven Sword pin.
Then there is ‘The Valor Collection Pro’ which includes everything mentioned above as well as the season pass and a steel game case but it is only available for PS4 and Xbox One. If you look at the image above you will notice that the statue has been modeled off the cover art featuring soldiers hiding behind a steel hedgehog during the D-Day beach landings. Pricing should be close on R3000 for the The Valor Collection PRO version, but we don’t have local costings just yet. What are your thoughts on the latest CE and are you keen on picking it up?
