Pokémon GO Safari Zone event update

According to Niantic and their post, the Pokémon GO Safari Zone events will soon grace Europe. As of the 16th of September specific shopping centres in Germany, France and Spain will run these events. Trainers who attend the event will not only receive an in-game medal and special 2km Pokémon eggs from the PokéStops at the venues but also have access to lures that will be activated at all PokéStops throughout the day.

What’s more is that trainers will also have the opportunity to catch Kangaskhan, Chansey, Larvitar and also have a chance to spot a Shiny Pikachu and Shiny Magikarp as as well as various forms of Unown! Certain stores within the malls participating in the event will also have available for Pokémon GO players special offers.

Yep, it was first Chicago that received an event, then Japan and now Europe. Niantic, I believe its about time that Africa receives something even if it may be just a release of region exclusive Pokémon such as Mr Mime, Kangaskhan, Farfetch’d and Tauros.

“Niantic, I believe its about time that Africa receives something…”

They’ll probably skip South Africa 😛

    • Reading the title made me happy, cause I thought they changed the parks or something in all areas. Then it became a first world only thing xD

We need to move to the first world.

This is my frustration as well 🙁
