As of the 2nd of February, Fire Emblem Heroes will be a year old. With this momentous occasion, Nintendo and Intelligent Systems will be updating the game with quite a bit of content. The first piece of content or rather gift to celebrate the anniversary is 50 free orbs. This will be available from the 1st to the 7th of February. Also included from the 1st of February is double EXP and SP as well as 25 daily maps with a Normal and Hard difficulty.
Other content included in the update are daily grand hero battles that begin on the 8th of February, Special Training maps that’ll feature different maps set to train different characters and quite possibly the most intriguing bit, a new mode called Tap Battle: Illusory Dungeon. This mode plays out like Theatrhythm titles where foes slide into the screen from the right-hand side and the player will need to tap the enemy when they’re a block away from the player’s units. Tap Battle also includes Boss Battles and a 100 floors. This mode will be available from the 8th of February.
