Today is a pretty busy day on the gaming front and One Bit Beyond’s absolutely gorgeous, cheerful and smooth looking The Swords of Ditto launches a bit later today. Devolver Digital put this launch trailer up and it reminded me how much heart and cuteness this game offers.
The Swords of Ditto is an action role-playing game that the developers call a compact version of the genre many of us love. Heroes must stop the sinister Mormo in a colourful world full of swords, spellcraft and… stickers and yo-yo weapons. Don’t let the cheery exterior hide that this local co-op (or solo if you wish!) game is a roguelike and you will need to work hard if you want to beat the big boss.
The Swords of Ditto releases today on PC and PlayStation 4.
