Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy is spinning its way to PC, Xbox One and Switch earlier than planned

Last year Activision finally grasped that Crash Bandicoot has a massive following when they released Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy for the PS4. It sold exceptionally well globally and here in South Africa and since it was announced that the game will be heading to PC, Xbox One and Switch. Well, if you’ve patiently been waiting for the game to come to your platform of choice we have good news – it’s arriving even earlier than expected.

What was originally going to be a 10 July launch has now moved nearly two weeks closer to 29 June. For those who have been stuck in a cave – it’s a remake of the first three original games that appeared on the PlayStation One. Games include Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back and Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped. Everything that appeared in the original PS4 version will be ported to the other formats, though it’s quite interesting that the Switch version will see a drop in size from 20GB to 5.2GB. Obviously, the Switch version doesn’t require 4K textures, which drops that size dramatically.

There is a new Crash Bandicoot game expected in 2019 and this is the perfect game to prepare you for what is to come.

Married to a gamer and she kicks my ass at most shooters. If the game is enjoyable I'll play it, no matter the format.
