Would a video game even exist if there wasn’t an announcement of an upcoming announcement? The official Hitman Twitter account had a cryptic tweet last night about a Target Incoming, with access denied until June 7th.
This could be IO Interactive’s next season of the Hitman (2016) game, or some new targets to get everyone busy killing up a storm is unclear.

The latest Hitman game caused a bit of controversy by following an episodic format. The format allowed the developers more time to polish the game and its missions to a glossy slick finish, with bonus missions on the way. Having only one mission also meant players could take their time to perfect their craft, to find the various ways to kill targets and be the best 47 they could be. Despite liking the episodic format or not, it has been hailed as one of the best Hitman games to date, which is high praise for a series that started in 2000.
So polish that shaved dome, fix your tie and clean your weapons and get ready for June 7.
