Koei Tecmo Games announced that Dead or Alive 6’s release is being pushed from February, with the new release window falling in March. The company says the game will be available worldwide on March 1.
Producer and Director of the game, Yohei Shimbori, says that overall balance needs a bit more polish before the game is released:
“The title’s development is already near complete; however, we would like to take more time to further polish its balance, gameplay, and expressivity. In return for your patience, we commit to bringing you the best DEAD OR ALIVE gaming experience. I am truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the release delay of DEAD OR ALIVE 6.”
Dead or Alive 6 was originally scheduled to release on February 15, which is a rather busy day thanks to Metro Exodus, Crackdown 3, Jump Force, and Far Cry New Dawn. A demo has been mentioned, which should help anyone who is on the fence or that wants to try the game out. That is if you aren’t busy with Resident Evil 2, Kingdom Hearts 3 or Anthem.
