The Division 2’s private beta lands in February

Ubisoft announced that Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 will have a private beta in February from the 7th to the 11th.

To access the beta you need to pre-order The Division 2, or register here. There is no mention of what is included in the beta, but the beta of Division 1 gave a taste of a few missions and a few city blocks to explore.

Ubisoft also released a new trailer, which gives some insight into the story of the next game. It looks like players will have their hands full when they head to the capitol as they fight against the paramilitary True Sons, the raiding Hyenas and embittered Outcasts. It also shows off some of the specialist weapons you will be using at max level to break tough encounters.

The Division 2 releases on March 15, and the studio has promised that the game is being designed with endgame in mind, to create something robust and meaningful with lots of content and loot drops to aim for.

If it has the letters RPG in it, I am there. Still battling with balancing trying to play every single game that grabs my interest, getting 100% in a JRPG, and devoting time to my second home in Azeroth.
