Get ready for speed and hook swords in Mortal Kombat 11 as Kabal comes dashing into the fray. It appears Kabal has taken a few lessons from the Flash, as he has a few more moves that make use of his incredible speed, one of them being his fatality.
Kabal was introduced in Mortal Kombat 3 as a fairly enigmatic character blessed with amazing speed but needing a mask and other gear to keep him alive. His story was fleshed out Mortal Kombat 9 before he was later killed by Sindel, but Liu Kang isn’t a zombie either, so who knows where the story will take us to explain all of this.
Kabal still has his speed dash and hook sword throws, along with some new moves that showcase his increased speed. His fatality is brutal, in a game where gore is the norm, Kabal has gone above and beyond, dragging players at full speed so that their face grinds to nothing, before slicing the tattered roadkill in half. Ouch.
Oh and if a masked man isn’t up to your fancy, how about D’Vorah?
