Mortal Kombat 11 Kharacter Battle – Round 2

The time has come to settle some debates. Who is the most lethal character in a video game in existence? (Ed: Besides Scorpion, according to round 1.) Thanks to the upcoming release of Mortal Kombat 11 we’ve tied in our character battle with all the Mortal Kombat 11 fighters (23 in total) along with many other familiar faces to bring it to a grand total to 60 kombatants. Make sure to check back every day (that is not a public holiday) to decide on who you think should win each round.

Every day we’ll host a new set of kharacters to vote for, where only the winner will go through to the final round on 2 May. In the final you’ll get to vote for 10 finalists who will be crowned as the ultimate Kharacter Battle Champion on 3 May.

With Mortal Kombat 11’s launch around the corner on 23 April, we will also be giving away two Mortal Kombat 11 hampers to two lucky winners that consists of the following:

  • Mortal Kombat 11 game (PS4/XBO)
  • Mortal Kombat 11 Key Chain
  • Mortal Kombat 11 Cap
  • Mortal Kombat 11 Bottle Opener

How do I win?

We’re going to keep it real simple. Take part in the discussion here on the site in the comments in any or all of the rounds over the next three weeks (sorry, Facebook, Twitter and the forum comments won’t be considered) and you’ll gain yourself an entry. Winners will be drawn and announced on Friday, 3 May. Should you win you’ll get to choose the format of your choice between PS4 and Xbox One.

Good luck and enjoy the Mortal Kombat 11 Kharacter Battle!

Solid Snake (Metal Gear Solid)

Solid Snake is a master of stealth. In a situation where the enemy isn’t aware of his presence, he can take down entire military outposts single-handed. He is a crack shot, a master of CQC and has enough gadgets to help him stay out of sight long enough to learn weaknesses and plan a way to take down a target that should by all means be the victor in a one on one fight.

Skarlet (Mortal Kombat 11)

Who would want to pick a fight with someone who has mastery over manipulating blood? Her weapons can be enhanced with blood to have increased range, or she can use blood as a projectile, or she can make defensive and offensive constructs out of blood. All that blood magic enhances an already deadly fighter who has several weapons in her arsenal.

El Presidente (Tropico)

Hello, my dear Tropicans. It appears that there is a battle with a glorious prize and I, your glorious El Presidente, have decided that I will win in for the glory of Tropico! We will send armies to fight anyone who stands in our way, including competition organisers if that is what is required to win this prize. Penultimo, gather the army, prepare the spies and send some of the competitors to prison.

Kabal (Mortal Kombat 11)

Opponents who can move really fast are the deadliest. Kabal can make use of his speed to confuse opponents or get behind them to find a weakspot for an attack. His hookswords allow him to control the fight when up close, and can be used to wicked effect when combined with his speed. Besides his speed, Kabal is a Black Dragon, a group that trains their ranks to be ruthless but level-headed. As a result, Kabal keeps calm as he works to disarm, dismantle and defeat all who face him.

Mega Man (Mega Man 11)

Mega Man, the powerful Blue Bomber, is a real tough nut to crack. Many opponents have underestimated this unassuming android, only to find themselves overwhelmed by fire from his Buster Cannon. Mega Man is already a formidable android before he makes use of his greatest power: defeating an enemy and taking their best weapons for himself.

Kotal Kahn (Mortal Kombat 11)

Being the Emperor of Outworld is no mean feat, and Kotal Kahn makes it look easy. Born of a race with superhuman strength, Kotal Kahn is so powerful he was worshipped by the Mayans as their god of war. He can also strengthen or heal himself using the power of the sun, or turn it into deadly beams. Superhuman strength, magic and a powerful warrior? What else could he need? Well what about summoning objects and polymorphism?

If it has the letters RPG in it, I am there. Still battling with balancing trying to play every single game that grabs my interest, getting 100% in a JRPG, and devoting time to my second home in Azeroth.
