We’re getting more and more information about the upcoming FIFA 20 game. Last week it was confirmed that EA Access on the PS4 will include FIFA titles and EA released more info about the upcoming changes to the Pro Clubs mode. This weekend we got the cover star revelation for both the Standard and Champions Editions. After his big-money move to Real Madrid, former Chelsea star Eden Hazard will be the face of the Standard version of the game. The Champions Edition will feature Liverpool’s defensive giant from the Netherlands Virgil Van Dijk . After their win in the Champions League earlier this year, as well as his own Premier League Player of the Year award and serious rumours that he is the top contender for the upcoming Ballon d’Or award it makes a lot of sense.
The only star not revealed this time around is for the Ultimate Edition cover. However, many on the interwebs have already had their say. And while many are (jokingly) asking for Piemont Calcio to be included or perhaps have Zlatan grace the cover, several have called for the inclusion of recent FIFA Women’s World Cup winner Megan Rapinoe and her now trademark pose. However, as this year’s edition will also include a new FIFA Street-style Volta-mode don’t be surprised if one of street football’s big names gets the nod.
