Everything is right as Reyn in this Xenoblade Chronicles Switch announcement

A few years back, Xenoblade Chronicles arrived and became my JRPG of that year. It was absolutely full of charming characters, interesting narrative, exploration, quests and exciting fights. Now it is moving on from the Wii and a definitive version is being made for the Nintendo Switch.

Some are calling it a re-release, but many have already pointed out that one shot in the trailer is not just for eye candy: it is Bionis’ shoulder, an area of the game’s world that was cut off during production.

Xenoblade Chronicle’s massive locations and sweeping vistas deserve more graphics grunt, so seeing it heading to Switch in 2020 means the full glory of the locations can be soaked up and enjoyed.

Hopefully, the devs say more about the improvements they are making so we can get ahead of a remaster/remake/re-release debate. Until then, we get to sharpen our Reyn puns and memes, because it is Reyn time!

If it has the letters RPG in it, I am there. Still battling with balancing trying to play every single game that grabs my interest, getting 100% in a JRPG, and devoting time to my second home in Azeroth.
