Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot coming early 2020, Buu arc revealed in new trailer

I think if you’re a young adult in South Africa, you probably have fond memories of getting off school, tuning into SABC 2 and getting your latest fix of Dragon Ball Z and then going to school the next day and talking to your friends about how they stood and screamed on Namek for 24 minutes. It was a wonderful time and a lot of us got introduced to anime like that back in the day. With Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, we’ll get to relive all those moments with Goku at the helm.

During the Tokyo Game Show, Bandai Namco Entertainment officially revealed the release date which is the 17 of January 2020 which isn’t that far off. In addition, we got a brand new trailer that details the Buu arc which is another huge section added to the game. Here it is:

As you can see, our chonky friend Majin Buu is making his debut. The wonderful Saiyaman also got a little cameo at the end which just warms everyone heart. The introduction of another arc tells us that this game will be far larger than we might have expected as these individual stories are quite lengthy affairs. It might be a little less long considering we might not see as much screaming and staring as we had to endure during the anime.

I am way too tall, played way too many games and I love to write about what we love about games. In the end, I'm just being #Thabolicious
