Rumour: Resident Evil 3 remake to release in 2020

Get your salt shaker ready, because we have some news that needs a pinch before consuming. YouTuber Spawn Wave published a video discussing a rumour they had heard about the next Resident Evil game.

Their findings were that Resident Evil 3: Nemesis would be getting the same treatment as Resident Evil 2, with a full-blown remake. Spawn Wave speculates that we might even see the game at The Game Awards, depending on when in 2020 Capcom plans to release the game.

You might be wondering why anyone would pay attention to someone saying they had heard a rumour, but Spawn Wave has had a decent track records with leaks, like From Software’s Elden Ring as well as George R.R Martin’s involvement.

Capcom has said before that if fans want it, they will make it. It seems like a no- brainer to work on a Resident Evil 3 remake, but sometimes companies don’t do what seems to be rather obvious. Also how terrifying will Nemesis be in the remake? *gulp*

If it has the letters RPG in it, I am there. Still battling with balancing trying to play every single game that grabs my interest, getting 100% in a JRPG, and devoting time to my second home in Azeroth.
