Over the weekend a Kingdom Hearts 3 concert in Osaka, Japan took place. During the performance, director Tetsuya Nomura offered a bit of information about the upcoming DLC. No release date was given, with everything still set as “December”.
We already knew that the DLC would include new Keyblades and forms, new bosses and a bonus gameplay scenario. But now we know that a bunch of fine-tuning and ways to have fun are on the way. First off is a photo mode that lets you pose characters with props and background effects to get your perfect shot.
If you enjoy taking photos in the game, there is a slideshow mode that lets you add some music, transitions, zooms and more to show off your photo collection.
Fast Pass Mode is for anyone playing through in a hurry or who didn’t enjoy the combat that much. From one-shot kills on enemies to having access to attractions and big spells whenever you want them, it appears to add a lot of firepower.
On the other end of the scale is Black Mode, which lets you tweak the game to be as tough as you can handle. You can even set how much health you have, to get ready for some spicy playthrough videos when this releases.
