Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Remastered set for August

Final Fantasy has seen much success recently with its Final Fantasy VII Remake. So its to be expected that we’d see more from Square Enix in the near future. And in the near future, I mean August.

Although Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles is not part of the core series in the franchise, it was still quite a favourite for many. Players travel as adventurers across the world gathering up fuel for crystals to protect the people of the world from the dangers of a poisonous miasma. This spin-off was originally released back in the early 2000s on the GameCube. And now we’re receiving the remastered edition in August according to Square Enix. More specifically the 27th of August. You can expect it across the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android.

Check out the latest trailer below, showing off some new game-play as well as some of the new features coming to the remaster. Including new voice-overs, variant character skins, newly added dungeons, and bosses, and an online multiplayer option for up to four players. Along with cross-play across all platforms.
