Slightly Mad Studios seems to be working pretty hard right now with another IP announced for a Summer 2020 release. They are known for making and being involved with some of the biggest racing game franchises, with Project CARS being their crown jewel.
Project CARS 3 has now been announced and according to the developer, some much-needed features are finally being included. The Career mode has always lacked a sense of progression, and you could really just do whatever you want, making the game’s rewards feel a bit hollow, but now it will include better progression through different classes that would earn you experience and in-game credits. Project CARS 3 will also feature car upgrades, which is something that was never included in previous outings.
Of course, the game will feature a bunch of fast and expensive cars, tracks we are familiar with and from what Slightly Mad Studios is saying, a lot more fun than before in both single and multiplayer modes.
Project CARS 3 is set to release later this year on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
