Prepare your GPU for Horizon Zero Dawn on PC in August

Guerrilla Games announced the release date for the PC version of Horizon Zero Dawn, so get that hard drive space freed up for August 7.

The game will be available on Steam and the Epic Games Store, sporting ultra-wide resolutions and an unlocked framerate. The game will support various controller options, a benchmarking tool and a whole host of graphical customisation options.

The PC version will boast improved reflections and dynamic foliage, meaning you will be able to make things look as pretty as possible, perfect for those screenshots or to just get lost in the wonderful world of Aloy’s.

The PC version includes The Frozen Wilds, a digital artbook and several in-game items that were available with various special editions on PS4, namely the Carja Storm Ranger Outfit and Carja Mighty Bow, Carja Trader Pack, Banuk Trailblazer Outfit and Banuk Culling Bow, Banuk Traveller Pack, Nora Keeper Pack.

I loved Horizon Zero Dawn, and this feels like a great excuse to visit once again later this year.

If it has the letters RPG in it, I am there. Still battling with balancing trying to play every single game that grabs my interest, getting 100% in a JRPG, and devoting time to my second home in Azeroth.
