With Assassin’s Creed Valhalla around the corner, Ubisoft has detailed the post-launch content for the game. The content is split into paid for and free DLC, with meatier DLC falling into the former category.
The season pass will include two such large expansions. First is Wrath of the Druids, which sees Eivor head to Ireland to deal with druids and Gaelic myths. The second is all about The Siege of Paris, taking a real-world moment and giving it an Assassin’s Creed spin. Get ready to infiltrate Paris to prepare the way for a siege attempt.
The season pass also includes a bonus quest that is available at launch. The Legend of Beowulf will have players investigating strange deaths. What kills in this manner, leaving mould on the victims?
On the free side of things, some seasonal updates will bring some cheer to your settlement, and give your Jomsviking lieutenant some upgrades. The first is a Viking yule festival in December, followed by a new game mode added in March. Further content will launch sometime in 2021.
Ubisoft also confirmed that Discovery Tour is coming to Valhalla, meaning the educational mode will be there for players to learn more about the Vikings and the world around them.
