Surviving the Aftermath is no longer an Epic exclusive as it jumps on over to Steam. The game is still in Early Access until sometime next year, but the jump to Steam lines up with the 11th update to the title.
Surviving the Aftermath follows in the footsteps of Surviving Mars, but this time Iceflake Studios is developing the title and not Haemimont Games. Step aside Red world with no oxygen, hello Earth after nuclear fallout devastates everything.
Get ready to deal with radiation, deadly storms, meteor showers and people that want to take what you have for themselves. Will you let people punch out their issues, or force them to talk instead? Do you let traders in, even if they are armed?
Surviving the Aftermath’s various updates in Early Access have added quite a bit to the game, as the studio takes feedback from players into account. The latest update adds quests that involve sending your survivors out of the settlement to search for other survivors, supplies and the like, and they have added some tough choices that you have to make.
