I absolutely adored Tales from the Borderlands. The setting has so much space for great stories, but too often the stories are sidelined for shooting a bullet sponge to get more guns to shoot another bullet sponge. And like many of Telltale’s masterpieces, it was delisted from storefronts in 2018. Now it is back, and if you never played it, you really should.
Tales from the Borderlands is available for purchase as a pack with all five episodes, and introduces several characters that appear in Borderlands 3. Join Fiona and Rhys as things go sideways on Pandora, and see how tough life is there for everyone that isn’t a gun-slinging super badass. That is, of course, when they aren’t embellishing on the story. Fiona and Rhys will really spin a tall tale if you give them half a chance.
Tales from the Borderlands is available for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series and PC, with cross-generation save transfers possible (within the same console family).
