If you want to check out how Magic: the Gathering translates into an action RPG, the open beta for Magic: Legends is now open on PC.
“The Magic: Legends development team has spent the last few years creating an action RPG experience unlike any other, which combines the power fantasy of becoming a Planeswalker with fast-paced combat tied to strategic deckbuilding,” executive producer Stephen Ricossa said.
You can download the open beta via Epic Games Store or the Arc Games launcher. Depending on where you choose to load it up from will net you some rewards, but you have until April 6 to claim these goodies.
Magic: Legends was announced at The Game Awards back in December 2019, with a closed alpha happening last year.
I think I might give it a try. I wonder what kinda planeswalker I am? I want to say Bant, but I worry I might be Mardu.
