World of Warcraft: Shadowlands’ Chains of Domination goes live at end of the month

It feels like a long time since the next big update to World of Warcraft Shadowlands was announced in February, but now we know that Chains of Domination goes live on June 30.

The update takes us into a new area in The Maw called Korthia, which the Jailer has pulled down into his domain with massive chains. With a strike against the leaders of the Shadowlands, the fight is being taken into the Maw, with all four Covenants working to establish a beachhead.

Get ready for new quests, a new Covenant campaign, a mega-dungeon with eight bosses and a new raid, where we will face off against 10 bosses, culminating in a clash with Sylvanas Windrunner.

The new raid opens a week after the update launches (at least on normal and heroic difficulty), so I guess I know what I am doing in July. And possibly what I am doing before then if I want a final stab at getting Curve.

If it has the letters RPG in it, I am there. Still battling with balancing trying to play every single game that grabs my interest, getting 100% in a JRPG, and devoting time to my second home in Azeroth.
