Starfield is the first new universe in over 25 years from Bethesda Game Studios, the award-winning creators of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and Fallout 4. In this next generation role-playing game set amongst the stars, create any character you want and explore with unparalleled freedom as you embark on an epic journey to answer humanity’s greatest mystery.

It's not a game I would purchase but with gamepass I'm definitely trying it out!

I may just buy the premium upgrade as it includes a story DLC

Upgrade from Standard Edition and receive the following bonus items:
  • Shattered Space Story Expansion (upon release)
  • Up to 5-days early access
  • Constellation Skin Pack: Equinox Laser Rifle, Spacesuit, Helmet and Boost Pack
  • Access to Starfield Digital Artbook & Original Soundtrack

Can't wait man! And being Bethesda, I'm keen to see what exciting, new launch bugs they've created.

Won't be a Bethesda game without game breaking bugs.

I somehow think Starfield won't be like previous Bethesda games though. Alleged its been playable for months internally and they have spent these months polishing it up.

The failure of Redfall is surely a fantastic thing for Starfield. Microsoft will desperately want Starfield to be a critical and commercial runaway success. It's been confirmed that Id Software has helped development.

Wasn't Starfield delayed for a year just for making it "perfect"?

I love the Bethesda games formula so I am really looking forward to Starfield.

I did my 1000GS in Skyrim and will try to get it for this too.

I gave up on Skyrim.

100 % completed Oblivion and its DLCs though.

Dunno but I hope so. It was claimed that Tears of the Kingdom's last year of development was almost exclusively bug fixes and quality of life improvements, and that is possibly the most flawless game I've ever played.

It was. Todd Howard was extremely confident at the Starfield showcase event so I’d expect a great experience from day 1. There’s obviously systems improvements and other things that are still in the works which was the only warnings he gave.

Bethesda Game Studios' upcoming space RPG will soon launch on Xbox Series X|S and PC. Here's everything we know about one of Microsoft's biggest game launches of 2023.

No way this game is going to live up to expectations let alone be great, a solid 7.0 is the best case scenario.

But I'm expecting an ok half decent game, maybe 6/10.

I just don't have faith in them.

Sci fi/space shit is just lame in general imo.

Sci-fi space shit is my best though. I love the Mass Effect games and No Man's Sky.

Their last round of gameplay videos showed an easy 9/10 game for me, unless they are mispresenting the gameplay experience.
