    That's weird. Just contact them again and ask like what must be sent and what the details are of when the courier will pick up the parcel

    Seems like Powercare no longer handle xbox stuff....Prima Interactive is currently handling it.
    Emailed them, awaiting a reply.

    Its cool bud, sometimes we have to learn other ways so we can pass on the information to others in need.

    Seaborne Logistics will be collecting tomorrow but they have mentioned if it is a swop out on site or replacement will be shipped

    Update: received a replacement unit today. Process took one week.

    Tip: when you log a repair with Microsoft, once you receive the order email, arrange with Seabourne asap to collect.
