My CPE light is green, the PON light is green on mine?
It's the Vumatel Huawei CPE. Mine has never been orange. It works perfectly.

Vumatel Installed a Raycore CPE, The power light is Now flashing blue and The FX light is Green, The Fx light is the one that the guy said should be Orange..

Guess i'm just going to have to wait for a Vumatel Technician to come through..

I also have a Vuma Raycore CPE. Power light is solid blue and FX light is solid orange.

So frustrating having fiber in your house and unable to use it! Hope it gets sorted quickly.

Vuma and cool ideas got me up and running in minutes on a friday eve. Just needed the device number from Vuma and cool ideas hooked it up. Could only connect my pc directly while i waited for my router, but i at least had a connection for the weekend.

Just to let anybody that has this issue know..
The guy from Vumatel came on monday and sorted it out..
Was a little thing (can't remember the name FSE or something like that) inside the CPE box where the line connects too.. Said he had already replaced 10 of them on monday..
Apparently the one that came with the CPE was to small. He said the new one was rated for 20km, took 2 min to replace and all is working perfectly now...
