Seems Takealot is the best bet because even though I don't need 10 it's still cheaper than anyone else for 4 after adding shipping to the mix.

    https://www.takealot.com/us-to-eu-ac...k/PLID51730602

Finding them in a shop is impossible.

Unless you need the other 6 for future, It still works out cheaper. 150 with shipping from geewiz for 4 compared to 260 from takealot.

Sorry should have said if I collect or add other stuff for free shipping.

Can’t hurt to have some spares.

Just never considered to look on Takealot.

Asking a stupid question but is whatever you plugging in there rated for 230V? Seems to be a US standard plug you have and that is usually 110V

    Chinese so yes 220v.

Besides the plug doesn't change that, just the power source. Most things these days are multivolt 100v-240v anyway.

Takealot stuff works perfectly just a bit fat with the rounded edges so requires a bit of force into a 2-prong that isn't flat.

Cool, just wasn't aware its from China and you knew the differences in voltage. Last thing you want is for an item to burn because of the wrong power source

The larger ones for the three prong is quite common but cost way too much money for what it does.

I bought some from Communica, only place in Gauteng that had them. ACDC and VOLTEX didn't carry them either. The ones that communica carry however turned out to be useless, as the base is rectangular and not diamond shaped, so they don't fit in to the majority of multiplug adapters that we use.

Was meant to be in the box with my Banggood order but they obviously forgot so sitting with four devices I can’t use.
I've just ordered something on Banggood, and was afraid I got fleeced because the delivery time is more than 2 months? Glad to hear you got your stuff, hoping mine will come as well. I've never heard of them before, but wanted to try them out and it was a low value item.

Don't buy these if you haven't already ordered. The base of these is rounded, so it won't fit into the diamond shaped enclosures of most multiplugs. I learned the hard way...

If you didn't opt for Express Shipping then you are at the mercy of SA Post Office and could very well wait 3-6 months.

Easily resolved with a little force....

And failing that a bit of filing would probably do the job too.

I honestly wonder how Americans and everyone else using these natively keep anything plugged in though.
