I beg to differ there. I've had plenty of apple products in in my life. 1st was a 1st gen Ipod Nano when I was in high school, its still lying here in my drawer 14 years later and 10 to 1 will still switch on if I had to charge it. My wife's Ipod touch( 1st gen) and nano( 6th gen) are still working till this day.

My iphone 6s that I had never gave me a single issue in the 2 years I had it. In fact the only time I rebooted it was when there were updates. The huawei Mate10 I have now I need to reboot atleast once if not twice a week because some or other issue.

My Macbook pro retina( mid 2014 model) is still running perfectly 4 years later. In that time I have had to replace close to 15 laptops for clients which are newer than my macbook.

It’s DP don’t waste your keyboard.

Only issues I’ve ever had with Apple products were self inflicted.

Out of the hundreds I’ve installed I recall one DOA and a handful that had a screen failure within warranty all of a dodgy patch that was a known issue.

Had one MacBook with GPU failure also covered under warranty and was also a well known issue across a specific range.
