House transfer through, keys handed over, money in account.

    Next step, wife's visa

    Had a look at this.
Not sure if it was mentioned here too, but a lot of people seem to suggest having their kids study overseas.

Is it as easy as they make it sound?
My kids are 12, 9 and 2 respectively.
    I love this place

Think if you are able to let them study overseas it is an option. Rather expensive one. MY kids can do so as they have Portuguese ID's thanks to my wife. I could even ship them over to my brother in NZ but we are already looking at getting out withing the next 18-24 months

Ja, that's what I also thought.
Sending kids to University in SA is expensive enough. Can't imagine who can afford to send them overseas to study.
Yet lots of people on that forum make it sound quite straightforward. That's why I wondered if they know something I don't...

Funnily enough, my wife wants to send my daughter to SA to study. It’s insane how much it costs over here.

Free to study in Scandinavian countries. You apply and get a study visa for 2 years (Not sure about primary School and High School for non residents but University or college you can.). You will obviously have to support your kid in that case to live for the most part...but the study loans granted here can partly cover that as well.

That sounds almost too good to be true. So anyone from anywhere in the world can study for free in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden?
Can you link to some more info please?
