    Default email help

i used godaddy and got a domain and email address. Set up it in outlook and i can receive emails.
BUT any email sent from address bounces back non deliverable.
i have tried from office365 outlook online as well as from my outlook on laptop.

    same result as below.

Remote Server returned '550 5.7.708 Service unavailable. Access denied, traffic not accepted from this IP. For more information please go to http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=526653 AS(8561) [JN2P275MB0041.ZAFP275.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM]'

Clicking that link in error report just takes you to a glossary.

I have had my IP checked and delisted from any MS database that identifies spam IP's. Confirmed by MS.
MS support says it's not on their end and with domain provider.

Godaddy has been trying to help, but 2 days and 3 support agents later nothing has been resolved.

    Any helpful advice please.

Could it be the outgoing mail server? You may have to change it to something other then what the system automatically provides. I know I did for my own domain work email

Change your SMTP address to whatever your service provider is. So vodacom would be smtp.vodacom.co.za, Telkom could be smtp.saix.co.za or smtp.telkomsa.net etc.

Whoever your ISP is should have their own SMTP address you can use for sending emails.

    thanks guys.
    Still no luck.

I want to move over to G Suite. Do I need to delete the workspace email 1st, or just leave as is and let gsuite do rest?
Bear in mind the email address will be the same.
