    I use 300 - 400gb per month. On a 4mbps ADSL line and usually download series and movies in 1080p

    Well, yes and no. I guess it all depends on what type of Internet you have and what ISP you are with. You need to read the fine print. A lot of ISP's have a "fair usage policy" (some of them call it the "acceptable usage policy") on their uncapped offerings. Once you reach the monthly FUP limit they start throttling your speed for the rest of the month. They usually start by cutting your speed in half, and cut it even further if you go very far past the FUP limit.
