    Anyone here knowledgeable or know of someone I can chat to regarding child welfare?

    Not going to discuss the situation, but need some advice on how to proceed forward with something.

    I know someone but there are different aspects to it eg. adoption vs welfare payout vs abuse. Do you maybe have something more specific? You can PM me with a bit of details and I can ask if she can assist.
