Default Minecraft & Frogfoot fibre connection issues - please help!!

We recently got Frogfoot fibre installed with Axxess ISP. We have a 10mbs line. The speed looks fine with youtube, video streaming etc. but with Minecraft online gaming it struggles to connect and says our internet connection is too slow. We previously had Vodacom LTE and had no problems with connecting or speed. When we run a ping test the speed is perfectly fine yet when logging on to Minecraft the internet is slow. Has anyone had this problem with Frogfoot/Axxess fibre line? Any solutions? Maybe a setting on the router? Could the static/dynamic IP influence this?

Many thanks! Will really appreciate advice!

Have a similar experience with Afrihost+Octatel currently, both are saying the issue isnt on their side.
