Koodoo preorder Ps5

Hi gents. Just checking as I am a little bit concerned..

I secured the preorder of the ps5 on the 13/11. Payment went through and the site confirmed everything was good. Now when I check my account history I do not see any orders.

For the gents that preorders with koodoo is there anything showing on your account purchase history? Probably nothing to worried about as I tried their customers service email and the call center contact no. Working hours only start on Monday- its a long time to stress.

Finally got hold of customer care at Koodoo. Seems like my order is through on their side
No order history or confirmation email on my side. But it is what is is, happy days
