Hi gents. Just checking as I am a little bit concerned..
I secured the preorder of the ps5 on the 13/11. Payment went through and the site confirmed everything was good. Now when I check my account history I do not see any orders.
For the gents that preorders with koodoo is there anything showing on your account purchase history? Probably nothing to worried about as I tried their customers service email and the call center contact no. Working hours only start on Monday- its a long time to stress.

Finally got hold of customer care at Koodoo. Seems like my order is through on their side![]()
No order history or confirmation email on my side. But it is what is is, happy days![]()
