It makes the most sense because :
- There are no public drivers out for the 3060. The earliest usable driver will be this mining limited driver.
- If they brought out a mining-limited driver for the 3060Ti/3070/3080/3090 it would have a minimal impact as the miners would just use any older unlimited driver from launch until now because these are freely available on the internet.

I mean I can't argue with that. If you say 50% will go to performance, 50% to looks you atleast have your priorities sorted. To be fair I won't take a card that has 150% of the performance of a 3080 but looks like its held together by ducktape.Not gonna lie...
